I am devoted to the feminine healing arts and sacred sexuality.
My mission is to walk beside women as they return home to themselves — to their bodies, their hearts, and the deep well of truth that resides within them.

We are living in a time of great transformation. Across the world, the sacred feminine is softly rising again. Women are being called to remember who they truly are — to descend into the body, to listen, to soften, to love, and to move through life in rythm rather than resistance.

For years, I lived disconnected from this truth.

Working in the corporate world, and eventually becoming a stay-at-home mother, I moved at full speed — overriding my cycles, pushing through exhaustion and living from a place of constant doing and constant giving. From the outside, everything looked successful. Inside, I felt empty. Numb. Disconnected from myself and from life. I was afraid of intimacy. Afraid of being truly seen.

yet, as a child, I felt everything. I was deeply attuned — to my emotions, to others, to the unseen. Nature was my refuge, my sanctuary, my place of quiet healing. A part of me longed to return to that innocence, that aliveness. I knew life held something deeper.

A few years ago, I was guided back home to myself by a wonderful woman whose guidance reawakened my body and soul. Through embodiment practices and feminine rituals, the fire within me began to rise. I started to feel deeply again.

This awakening gently guided me onto a path of devotion and study. I felt called to deepen my understanding of the feminine mysteries and to walk this work with integrity and reverence. i found myself in the arms of incredible teachers and immersed in transformative practices like tantra, Qi Gong, Sacred sexuality, Yoga, Breathwork, dance, and much more. I read, i studied and i explored, but my deepest teachings came from observing women, from witnessing the rhythms of nature, and from listening to the living intelligence within my womb!
